According to § 5 Abs. 1 of the German Copyright law, official works like flags are gemeinfrei (in the public domain). Note: The usage of flags is governed by legal restrictions, independent of the copyright status of the depiction shown here. Dieses Bild stellt die Flagge einer deutschen Körperschaft des öffentlichen Rechts dar. Nach § 5 Abs. 1 UrhG (Deutschland) sind amtliche Werke wie Flaggen gemeinfrei ("public domain"). Flaggen sind allgemein unabhängig von ihrem urheberrechtlichen Status in ihrer Nutzung gesetzlich beschränkt, und den öffentlichen Körperschaften dienen sie darüber hinaus als Hoheitszeichen. |
