Plusieurs dictionnaires différents portent le titre de Catholicon :
- Catholicon ou Summa grammaticalis quae vocatur catholicon, dictionnaire écrit en 1286 par Jean Balbi dit Jean de Gênes et qui a connu de très nombreuses éditions.
- Catholicon breton, dictionnaire trilingue rédigé en breton, français et latin écrit vers 1464 par Jehan Lagadeuc et qui tire son nom du précédent. Il en existe sept éditions :
- Le Catholicon de Lille, glossaire latin-français, édité par Auguste Scheler en 1885 (FR-BNF 31312523r) et 1886 (FR-BNF 313125243).
